Leading ourselves and others to live with purpose isn’t just for those in leadership roles; it’s about knowing God, experiencing His love, and sharing it whenever possible. With God’s love and word, we discover His plan for our lives and community, living in it & leading others into it. As Martin Luther King Jr. said, “Everyone can be great because everyone can serve.” We believe that serving with your gifts, no matter how insignificant, is greatness.

Our Founder

Over the past 20 years, Osagie Onaiwu, our founder, has gained diverse experience across sales, marketing, and entrepreneurship, dedicating the last 16 years to honing his skills in leadership development and learning initiatives. His journey has given him a unique perspective on how effective leadership and a strong learning culture can drive organizational success. He’s deeply passionate about shaping the right organizational culture, focusing on values-based leadership. He does this as the African regional head of people, learning, & culture at Heifer International.

Osagie is especially committed to inspiring and mentoring young people to live with purpose. He loves teaching, guiding, and encouraging others to embrace faith, courage, and a meaningful life.

One day while praying, Osagie felt led to the name “Agape Inspirations” as the perfect choice for the movement he envisioned—one dedicated to inspiring people to live out their God-given purpose, rooted in God’s love and guided by His word. And so, in 2013, Agape Inspirations began.

He is happily married to Nere and blessed with three children.

Our Story

Agape Inspirations started in 2003 when Osagie felt God’s call to begin this journey. It all began with books and collaborations with Christian and development organizations like Full Gospel Business Men.

But as life unfolded, with the demands of building a family and a successful career, he had to put Agape Inspirations on hold.

In mid-2024, Osagie felt it was the perfect time to revive the vision. Now, we’re excited for you to experience God’s love and His word in fresh, dynamic ways that will help you live and lead with purpose.
